Our first Christmas book review of the season has been rung in, and this is the kind we love because it's an independent, small-press book promoted by its author, Chrissy Smith. Read Janie's blog review of Jingles and learn how you can order a copy for your family. Note: You can order Jingles through Amazon, but at this point it's more efficient to order directly through Chrissy's site (www.jinglestheelf.com) so the plush elf will come with the book. Your "elf games" will ideally begin on December 1!

Back in the Library Again
Libraries across the country have always been the best market for The Magic Bookshelf and other books by Janie McQueen. Quality Books, one of the premier library distribution companies for small and independent publishers, has so far sent The New Magic Bookshelf to 25 new library homes, a month before official release.
Why not help out some fellow book-searching parents and educators and ask your library to stock a copy?
